2010 "show us who you are"

Postby Panache » Mon Jan 11, 2010 3:35 pm

We did this 'way' back and I thought it would be nice to do again, since we have so many new members.

If you feel like sharing, don't be shy and show us a picture of you and your family! It can be an individual shot, a group shot, a funny or a serious one! I understand if you choose not to for privacy reasons, but hope you do!!

Here's me and my hubby, [I couldn't find a nice pic of the two of us together!]
DD #1 and her beau and DD#2 and her hubby!

Easy if you do it all the time.

PITA if you rarely do it (like me!)

1. Set up an account at a photo sharing site. The only one I know is PhotoBucket because somebody here mentioned it.

2. Download your picture(s) there from your computer. Once that is done.....

3. Copy the image tag of the picture you wish to display using "copy". (Highlight and right click with your mouse on the image tag to do this) There are 4 possiblities and I think I use the last one.

4. Create (or answer) a post here. Put the cursor where you want the photo to be, that is before or after what you wish to say.

5. Right click with your mouse "paste". (A bunch of text will appear WTF?)

6. Preview your post and Voila! your picture will appear if you did all these steps correctly.

Like I said, easy if you did this every day, not so easy if you do it three times annually.

Good luck!
